2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
A. One-Time Projects & Strategy Audits
Before Work Begins: If you submit a formal cancellation request via email within 24 hours of placing your order—and before our specialists begin work on your project—you are eligible for a full refund (minus any third-party payment processing gateway fees).
